I have seen some really beautiful hand painted cookies here on CC (by Fairytale and many others). I was wondering what you use? Is it the gel based food colors, or powder color? icon_confused.gif

Hi rose61 I love to hand paint my cookies I use the AmeriColor gel with a little water I also use luster dust and petal dust I hope this helps Le'Ann

I use the americolor gels straight out of the tube..perfect consistency for painting

Do you mean the americolor gel paste in the small bottle?
