Good question. I am doing a baby shower cake with stabilized whip cream and i was thinking of putting a winnie the pooh fbct on top. Anyone?

i have put fbct's (made with a buttercream recipe) on cakes iced with Pastry Pride (a whipped frosting). they won't sink, but your icing might bleed. what i do is make the extra layer of frosting on the back of the fbct the same color as the cake icing, or even just plain white, and make sure to cover the outlines too. that way, no other colors come in contact with the cake icing.
