Congrats on the new job thats fab news!!!! Do you know when you'll start yet? Do you mind if I ask how much the marshmallow fluff was? I've made marshmallow fondant before but I melted the marshmallows and it was a bit of a nightmare as I had to pick out the pink ones as I could only get pink and white ones! Anyway when you mentioned the fluff I found a recipe online and I was trying to figure if It was cheaper to make or buy the fluff. If you let me know your email I'll forward you the link to the pages (you'll need to make corn syrup alternative to make the recipe I'll send that link aswell) I bet you can't wait until wednesday sounds like a fab course, I really wanted to do the course at my local college but couldn't sign up to it as it's likely that the course would be on the same night as the fostering course and that is something I've waited for, for so long so... I know this sounds silly but I've just seen this advertisment for a clay making kit for kids but I looks like it does animals really well I may buy it for use with sugarpaste!!! I've not really done anymore of Bailey's cake yet because I haven't got any room to freeze it at the mo but will possibly do it again on Thursday. Well I'm off to bed hun, Speak tomorrow XXXX
