Brite White, Snow White and Angel White are all icing bases.
Brite White might be carried by your local cake decorating shop, as well as hi-ratio shortening.
Angel White can be found online by Googling, Angel White icing base.
Snow White icing base is available in bulk from www.nationalflavors.com (They also carry Creme bouquet, as well as other flavoring products.)
Hi-ratio can also be ordered from Gordon Food Service, or puchased at restaurant supply stores or online.

P.S. Generally, typing in all caps is considered shouting. Although I just find it difficult to read, especially when the bold typeface is used.
