Ciao!!! I am sitting exhausted after finishing today a 2 day berry & blossom class with Jennifer Dontz!!! WOW.. such a great experience!!!

When I first emailed Jennifer.... maybe a year ago.. I queried whether her 'travelling sugar teacher' status... meant she would also travel to Europe??? I was sort of joking.. because I thought there was no way she would come here.... I still can't believe it all came to fruition...

I had spoken to Jennifer on the phone... and knew we would get on well.. she is such a kind & gentle person, and she definitely is a natural teacher... she was very patient, and explained every step in a very clear way. One of the ladies in our class didn't speak a word of english.... so i would translate for Jen... it made for an interesting class that's for sure!!!

Another of the students.. a mother who has her son in my daughter's class.. has never had anything to do with cakes or decorating... well, she was the best student... she was so quick and was always the first finished, and her work was flawless.... A natural!!

We made Hypericum berries, Bittersweet Berries, Cymbidium Orchid, Moth Orchid, Gerbera & Casablanca Lily!!

I have told Jennifer that I think she needs to make this an annual appointment!!!

Awwww Italy...maybe she needs an assistant next year??? I was in the Baton Rouge class in March that she and Sharon taught, and she was Soooo excited to be going to teach this class. She is a great teacher, and a dear sweet woman.

Having a ball! Toni, my hostess, and her family are all so so nice! My hubby arrived yesterday and we are having a short vacation before heading home next week. What a wonderful experience this has been, thanks to Toni! I can hardly believe I'm here.....

You both are so sweet to say those nice things!
