I need some help figuring out how much to charge per serving on a topsy turvy cake for a birthday celebration. Is it different than a wedding topsy turvy cake? I will cover the cake with fondant.

hey, I guess it depends on the cake itself (details etc.) but I charge anywhere from 3.00 to 6.00 per serving

for me, I'm just starting out but I've set my base prices at $2 for just butter cream and $3 for fondant. and those are per serving. You could always go to local bakeries and find out what they charge.
