The original WASC recipe by kakeladi (it's in the cupcake files and on recipe zaar) doesnt have any type of butter or oil. It's my "go-to" recipe for cupcakes. It's super moist (has a cup of sour cream) and delicious. It's also quite affordable and, unlike the other WASC uses the WHOLE egg instead of just the whites.

I had an issue with a picky complainer once. This is what I used instead:

Dream Cake

1 pkg. Any cake mix without pudding (DH strongly recommended)
1 envelope Dream Whip whipped topping mix
4 Eggs
1 cup water

Mix and bake according to cake mix instructions.

No oil, butter, or shortening involved. You'll never miss it.
