I'm making chocolates and I need a really good recipe for lemon cream filling. I tried to make some the other day and the recipe I used just didn't turn out right. It was way to runny. Anyone have a tried and true recipe?

I tried a few lemon candy filling recipes and they never turned out right.

I did purchase Cremeco lemon soft candy filling and it was really good.
That is the one I use when anyone wants lemon filled candies I found it at www.cincicakeandcandy.com they also have other flavors of candy fillings

I especially like the black raspberry!

I ended up finding a recipe and changed it a little to make it work. Thanks so much for the suggestion.

Instead of strawberry flavor I used lemon. It came out ok. I still need to work with it a little more to get the consistency right. HTH.
