I'm looking for a tasty icing for my decorated cookies. I've ran across a few and my question is what does glycerin add to the recipe as well as the light corn sryup? The recipes I've seen have either one of these or none. I would like my frosting more opaque and shiny if that helps.
Thanks for any replies. I want my cookies to taste great, look great and dry quick.
