I was recently at my husbands 20 year reunion and the restaurant/bar served and Italian Rum cake. It was a yellow cake with a white custard/pudding filling and a chocolate custard/pudding filling. The fillings were alternated. Does anyone have a recipe for an Italian Rum cake and the two fillings that they would be willing to share? I would love to try the cake at home, it was absolutely wonderful.
