Does anyone know how to get candy clay from being crumbly? I made 4 batches individually same amount of everything, 2 are great two are crumbly????

If the measurements were correct, my guess would be the chocolate was overheated. That will often cause it to be crumbly.
You might be able to rescue it, by very gently remelting it. I use a bowl over a pan of barely simmering (not boiling) water. as soon as it is melted dump it out, try not to over stir it.
