I was wondering if anyone has ever placed iced roll-out type cookies on the side of a buttercream frosted cake before? I haven't tried it, but would be interested in whether it works or not or if they just get all soggy and mushy.

Thanks,
Angie

Yes I have done it a few times. I used NFSC attached with buttercream. I never had any problems, but I suppose if you leave it for long enough they could get soggy.
Hope that helps. thumbs_up.gif

Thanks for the replies. I guess someone beat me to the starting line. That website offers EXACTLY what I was thinking of doing! Funny! Guess that answers my question.
