drops of water on a rose with a gel that is sell on bakerys? i was told that drops can be made with this gel and seems like water drops.,i dont know which is it. can someone help me? thanks-

I think you are thinking of piping gel.

You are talking about piping gel. It works great for that and water.

If you can't find piping gel, you can make your own.

Piping gel
1/3 cup sugar,1 tablespoon cornflour,1/4 cup lemon juice,1/4 cup water.
Combine sugar and corn flour in a small saucepan, gradually add juice then water. Stir over high heat until mixture boils then thickens. Colour as desired.
Last for a month or so in the fridge.

Do you mean cornstarch? If not, what is cornflour?

Yes, Cornflour is the same thing as corn starch.
