I got this in my email this morning! I plan on printing out a bunch and going with my mom every day for the next 5 days lol jk. I am a poor college student but I love to use these coupons just to get a few things of sprinkles or small things. Saving that 40% lets me go out for a little fun!

Did you not get their 40% off total purchase coupon ? Which by the way they are saying they sent by mistake a lot of people are using them and if I can post the link to the coupon I will . One lady even called corporate and put their phone # in her cell phone if the local store refused to accept it . Now they dont want to take it but if you threaten to call corporate on them most of the stores will take them but,,, you have to go armed and determined to make them honor what;;; they,,, Michaels sent in a email to everyone

i would think by law they have to honor that. Same thing happened to lowe's this time last year they listed KA artisans for $150 and they had to honor it... I bought so many of those things and gave them as gifts and resell!

Yeah by law they have to honor it. But they are whining like babies about it and its good till August 30th so I say print away.

In my local paper Michaels has a 40% off coupon every other sunday.It will go on till Christmas for sure and has been going on since July. Im not sure after that because Im always recouping after the Holiday. And Im not sure about Michaels but you can print out a weekly Hobby Lobby one to !You can sign up on line to get it by email and always print as many as you want but only use 1 a day. Or take a friend or go after shift change .LOL!

LOL! I use the Michael's and Hobby coupons all the time! We have at least 4 Michael's stores in my area, and 1 Hobby Lobby, soon to be another.

I print out a handful of coupons, start one one store, get what I need, and then move on to the next store.

I HATE paying full price for ANYTHING, and rarely do it. I guess thats why everyone here at my 9-5 calls me the coupon queen.

Ask me about ANY kind of coupons and I can tell you where to get the really good ones .

The HL in my area if you get the right cashier will take two of the 40% off coupons and the JS will take up to 4 at a time and if their is something else I want I just go out and come back in and get it that way . Its not like all the Chain Craft stores arent making a killing and if your gonna offer coupons I say honor them.

I dont understand why they cant just sell it for the sell price if they can sell it for that price with a coupn just make that the reg price! GEEEZZZZZ!!

I'm about to go to Michael's and try it out. Anyone else try and use it? Did you get any grief? I need to get some craft stuff for school and thought this would be a perfect time! Please share if you've used it successfully...or not!

A.C. Moore and Michael's will honor each others coupons. You can register on line for AC Moore and they will send you coupon's via email if you don't get them in the newspaper. I never buy anything full price anymore.

Angie make sure you let us know if you had a problem or if they honored it . One lady on another board said they accepted hers no problem and she had a total of over three hundred dollars and it came out to a little less than a one hundred and thirty dollars and a lot of people are saying their not even going through whats on sale and what isnt they just ring up the purchase and then take off 40%

We have a Joann Fabrics in our area. I usually print out a bunch of their coupons since they are good for weeks and use them at Michaels and AC Moore also. Im printing out that 40% off your entire purchase @ Michaels and going this weekend. Hopefully they will accept it. Thats so awesome!!

I just used the 40% off the entire purchase coupon and they took it. Well the girl took forever figuring it out but it worked and I got 10 bucks of stuff for 6. I know I know I dont spend a lot but 4 dollars is 4 dollars. I will probably go back in a few days and do it again. Thanks for posting the 40% off entire coupon!

No, companies DO NOT have to honor misprints "by law."

If Michaels chooses to allow you to use the coupon, that is at the discretion of the individual store manager, but it would be a huge courtesy for them to do that. The coupon was recalled corporate-wide.

Lowes CHOSE to honor the price mistake in their ad for the $150 KitchenAids.

Trust me, I've been SlickDealing for long enough to know that companies absolutely have the right to not honor price mistakes (www dot slickdeals dot net).

I used the 40% off entire purchase coupon today and they took it. Apparently, I was not the first one with that coupon today.

I used the coupon today with NO PROBLEM..............

I hear what the other poster is saying, but I find it hard to believe that you could get away with not honoring...........let's just say they chose to honor it because they had no choice.
