I am new to the whole cake decorating thing. I made a cake for my mother's birthday in January and I got frosting in my blood!

My problem is that everytime I need to start frosting I get cake in my frosting. I brush off the crumbs. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Sweet,

Thanks that totally anwsers the question!

I just finished a cake for my Dad's birthday. It looked like oreos had been crushed in it. I put some rainbow sprinkles on it after I decorated it. That hid the mess.

This was a hard one for me. My powered sugar bag bursted.

Thanks! icon_rolleyes.gif
