On Monday I contacted this caterer who has a commercial kitchen with an attached cafe to see if he would rent kitchen speace for a few hours. He said he could do that, so my husband and I will be going to look at it this weekend. If anyone in the area is interested to share, send me and instant message and I will keep you posted. It is located in Northwest Miami.

Last week I got from the State my LLC document. Since this week I got the EIN, plus applied for sales tax #. Now I am registering to take the Food Service Management class to get certified. If this place workout, I will be on my way to be certified and license!
