follow the instructions of kincaellan, i am [email protected] , he does them with isomalt, because this kind of sugar is always white or transparent.never burn and turn yellow itself. follow all what he told me ..... i have wrote TO KINCAELLAN, or KINCAELLAN, these answers are in this page. good luck.
