Hi!..
Well ..after a lot of people asking for this I just finished downloading a
six part video tutorial in Youtube on how to make Gumpaste Roses.

I decided to go with a cutter that anybody can find so everybody can learn. Eventually I will do another one with the five petal cutter eventually.

The last video I posted, wich is the full bloom rose (part VI)is still being processed, so give it a chance to pop in there.

What brand of calyx cutter did you use that already has the serrations on the edges of the sepals?

All of my calyx cutters are smooth-edged and I have to cut them with scissors (that's how Nick Lodge taught me) but I would LOVE to find a calyx cutter with the edges already serrated like that!

I found it in my cake store...They dont have a brand name..I think is someone that makes them for them.. But the scissor cut works great..
This one came in a package that had everything. Petals , leaves and calyx..
Maybe I'll hunt for them in the internet or ask the owner next time I go there!
