I just had a consultation with a bride, and her servings needed have increased from 75-100. She wants a 4-tiered round cake to serve 100. I can't find accurate pan sizes/servings yielded. Can someone help me with this one?

Well, a 6, 8, 9, 10" technically will serve 106, but that's going to be a strange shape.
A 4, 6, 8, 10 will serve about 80.
A 6, 9, 12 serves 100, and they could do a dummy 4" on top?
Good luck, I just tell people they can't do 4 tiers for 100.

It wasn't easy! Several expletives were released during my search. Clicked on "Weddings", then clicked on "Hints on Choosing a Wedding Cake Size". If I recall correctly (which isn't likely), different link choices are displayed depending on where you click on "Weddings". It's not nice to confuse an old lady!
Using Earlene's chart, you could do 14 - 11 - 8 - 5, which will serve 115, without serving the top tier...

dont have much experience with this but what about doing a 12,10,8 6 and charging her for the extra servings accordingly
im not sure i remember this right but its something to do with the top tier being free[i think!im not sure but i think i read a thread about this somehwere here?srry if m mistaken!]

Wiltons for a 6, 8, 10, 12 = 130, so be sure you're not losing money and charge enough if you're using Earlene's chart, which could mean them getting the equivalent of 130 servings for the price of 98. ($392 or $520 for the same amount of cake, at my prices.)
The serving size chart choice is a whole other issue for a lot of us, but I've always used Wiltons and never had anyone not have enough cake.

They now have some diagram chart showing cake set ups .... http://www.wilton.com/cakes/tiered-cakes/serving-amounts-all.cfm ... but I don't make wedding cakes based on "canned" set-ups (and I notice there's not many square cake setups, which I do a LOT!!!). And this diagram chart does not include the top tier in the number of servings .... 100% of my brides are opting for the free anniversary cake instead of saving the top tier, so the numbers on this "chart" are useless!
Wonder if anyone who actually DOES wedding cakes and actually TALKS to brides had any input on this website update? 
You can do the top tier for free for their anniversary cake. Personally, I include the price for the whole cake including the top tier, and I have the couple contact me a couple of weeks before their one year anniversary...so they get a fresh cake in their wedding cake flavors that they don't have to worry about freezing for a year!

My understanding is earline's chart is 50% more cake in each piece, which means if your standard price for a 1x2x4 is $3.00, then you should charge $4.50/serving for an earline serving.
I stay and cut my wedding cakes, using the wilton wedding chart (1x2x4). Lots of guests ask me for "....a smaller piece, please". People hear "one inch" and they think "paper thin" ..... it's not.
5 inch round------ 6-ish servings
7 inch round-----25 servings
9 inch round-----32 servings
10 inch square--50 servings
yields about 113 servings give or take a few
