So I have read some of the posts about how to avoid weeping strawberries on a cake. My question is, if I dipped strawberries in white chocolate, what could I decorate them with?

I saw a cake on here with white chocolate coated strawberries that had Virginia Tech logos on them. I pm'ed the maker, but in case I don't hear back, any suggestions? Would you just color some white chocolate or maybe candy melts? I'm afraid those would run.

you could hand paint the top of each strawberry with a design or use perl dust on each one or get edible gold that you brush on? Sorry that's the best I can give you hope it helps

here is the picture I'm talking about. A fellow CC'er made this cake. What would you use to paint it on?

looks like they used a gel for the letters but I would use BC icing or royal icing. I am not a fan of gel. Or you could use a stencil with luster dust.
