I like the cupcake idea too! Not that I dont love muffins and that pumpkin one sounds really good! But I see muffins as fall/winter and it being 100 degrees here in Texas makes muffins slightly unappealing at the moment to me. Since it is a morning/breakfast thing what about cupcakes with somekind of fresh fruit incorporated? It is bright and colorful and fun. Just an idea! Congrats on the new job, you will do great!

The capuccino recipe on recipezaar is wonderful. I just put the coffee cream cheese mixture on the side though so people can put it on themselves if they want it.
They also have a chocolate cheesecake muffin recipe I want to try.
