Make the jello the way you normally would, get a rectangular or square pan and chill it till set. You'll need a cookie cutter so see if you can get a cowboy hat or boot. Use the cookie cutter to cut out the shapes. You could insert lollipop sticks in after cutting but I wouldn't think you could stand them up, they'd probably fall off. Would you be able to just do the shapes instead of lollipops!!

If you want them firm enough for a lollipop you will need to make it like the gummy candy. To do this add 1 cup of water to the 4oz box of jello. I then microwave it 3-5 minutes, let it cool til its hard and re-cook in microwave again. After the second time I then pour into the lollipop molds I want and when it is chilled it is hard. Also do not forget to use spray release to the mold so it will not stick.
