You can add flavor to your fondant. It works great! Just remember that if the flavoring has any kind of color to it, it could change the color of your fondant too, depending on how much you add!
I add it to mine all the time. Creme Royal flavoring is awesome in it. You can add just about any flavoring you'd like. Just remember to cut back on the water used by the same amount of flavoing you add to the MMF.
I use Michele Foster's fondant recipe and add flavorings to it before the sugar is added. Tastes much better than any mmf I've tried!

I'm not the best at adding attachments but you can find it here at CC under recipes. Just type in MMF and it will pull up.
I've tried several and Rhondas is the easiest and most tasty.
It really just come down to a personal choice. You can always substitute the flavor amounts in the recipe with ones that you like and just use trial and error.
MMF is very easy to make I even do mine in my KA.
I add LorAnn Flavors when I make my MMF either Lemonade, Raspberry, Champagne and the kids favorite Bubblegum well on this one even the adults eat it all up!
Anything that will mix or match your cake flavors shouls work really well.
Good Luck.
At the ICES convention vendors area this past weekend there was a booth where they were hanging out colored and flavored fondant that was a new product called (i think) fonderiffic or fonderific.
It tasted like a starburst candy, I tryed the lime and one of the other person I was with brought home all the flavors she liked it so much.
Click on the recipe tab at the top of the page and type in MMF in the search area. All of them will come up and Rhonda is on there.

How much flavoring do you add say to a batch that would cover a 14" cake? I can't judge by taste and would like to know how many drops, teaspoons or tablespoons would be good. Thanks.
