I do all my baking from scratch and tried Rose Levy Berabaum's white chocolate whisper cake.

I had the darned-est time with this recipe. I made cupcakes, some came out okay and many were crumbly. I weighed the ingredients and followed the recipe to the letter. Usually her recipes come out good for me.

Any suggestions?
Do you have a tried and trued scratch white chocolate cake recipe to share?

I made the one from Dede Wilson's book a couple times but it always sinks in the middle.

I need another option. TIA!

I am so glad I found this! Now I don't have to ask the same question. I am gonna try the all recipes version this weekend and I'll report back the findings, if any are left !!
