I was at Sweet Tomatoes last night and they had a dessert called "Warm Carrot and Cream Cheese Lava Cake". It was DELICIOUS!!! The cake looked like it was made in a long pan and then the cream cheese topping was maybe poured over it and it sort of melted because of the warmth from the cake.

I would love to make this and was wondering if anyone has the recipe? I've googled it and came up with nothing.
