ok, got really excited when i ran across princess emulsion this weekend, so i picked it up and am almost afraid to use it. Smells very strong and very mixed to me.
I know it is almost a mix of other flavors, but any help someone can give me would be great. bring your ideas ladies, i would love to try.
Thanks in advance
I've used it in cake batter, buttercream and even in pancake batter so far. You just have to play with it till you get the flavor you desire because that depends on your personal taste. Start with a small amount and work your way up!
I just bought some several months ago. I decided to do a taste test. I made three batches of sugar cookie dough - one with my signature flavor, one with princess flavor and one with creme bouquet. 20 people took the taste test and the princess cake and cookie took it by a landslide.
I simply added two teaspoons of the princess flavor instead of two teaspoons of vanilla. And yes it looked thick and I was not at all sure it was going to be good. But it was a big hit!
Thank you ladies, I think I have lots of baking to do this weekend!!!! I also bought the creme bouquet. I tend to stick with almond flavoring most of the time, but now that people are actually buying my hobby, I figure I should branch out
Substitute the Princess Cake and Cookie with the vanilla and almond in WASC and mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
