When I think "Tropical" I think about a very refreshing cake.
Vanilla Cake moistened with pinneaple juice and filled with some cream and chopped pineapple.
It could also be a filling with chopped mango...
Fresh whipped cream for frosting and freshly grated coconut on the sides! Garnished with tropical fruit, same one used in the filling.
Don't forget to refrigerate it! icon_wink.gif

Pineapple and coconut!! Mmm!!

I've used pineapple cake mix, subbed pineapple juice for water and added in crushed pineapple. I made coconut buttercream using Coco Lopez as my liquid and a little coconut extract. For the filling I added in some chopped coconut.

I've also used coconut cake mix, adding in coconut extract and coconut. And did a pineapple filling from this site I think.
