I am practicing making my brother's wedding cake (for January3). It is the first wedding cake that I will make. I am incredibly nervous. I was wondering if anyone has any great recipes for a chocolate and white cake. Also, wondering if you have any good fillings to go with them. I am thinking i will do a Chocolate Hazlenut Mousse filling in one of them, and i am not sure of the other one. I have been trying a lot of different recipes, and my husband is getting sick of me wasting money on the ones that just don't seem right. I am covering the cake with chocolate fondant, if this helps.
