I did a bear cake a few months back that my DD loves (looks like her stuffed bear). She made the comment that for her birthday she wants me to make this cake but she thinks it would be silly if he was standing on his head. (she'll be 4). I would love to try and figure out a way to do this for her. Her Bday isn't until September so at least I have time.

So, does anyone have any structural ideas to make this work?

TIA
Nikki

Hey there.
Cute idea! You should perhaps see if she would go for a teddy bear sitting on a ball. That would be easier.
If not, I would totally disassemble the bear in 3 parts, put the head upside down first, cardboard and straw supports, half of the body, more supports, and then the bottom. Upside down and supported. He should be fine. HTH
