Where do I post pics and instructions for wrappers?

I've had several requests for instructions for the cupcake liners in my gallery, and I've tried to post them here under a new topic, but it says I can't post a (I forget what kind of jpeg) here. I don't really want to post them in the gallery because they are just the layering of parts of an original liner. Not really templates or drawings either. Any suggestions?

It says;
You are not allowed to post files with the extension jps within this forum. What am I doing wrong? I don't want to tie up the gallery with these.

I think the templates, sketches etc gallery would be the most appropriate place.
No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
