I wanted to make a bridge of some sort on the top of a cake - the Williamsburg Bridge in Brooklyn, NY to be exact and I am at a loss as to how to do it and what my options are. Any suggestions? I was thinking of doing it in RI, but I can't find a sideview picture to trace the design. Is it possible to do this for Saturday and would it hold up? It only needs to be about 6 inches long.
Any help would be appreciated ASAP since I have to try to do this with 3 kids (under 4 yrs) running around!
TIA

the poor little bridge that just gets NO respect
Thanks Doug...I actually have those pictures, but I am unsure as to what to do with them exactly. I don't want to do an edible image, and the bridge is too small to trace over. When I enlarge it it gets too fuzzy and too big. I may just try to do something in gumpaste for a 3-d effect and place it on top of the cake. But my modeling skills leave a LOT to be desired!
hint ---
print out to size the one you like best.
lay a sheet of paper over it.
tape both to a window.
trace over it in very fine ink lines
take tracing to photo copier and enlarge as big as needed.
