what if you do not have the gerber daisy plunger cutter??

I have a wedding cake to do for July and the bride wants roses and gerber daisies. I have NEVER made them, I checked out that tutorial listed but are there any more out there? I checked youtube but no joy!

I would strongly suggest getting the daisy plunger. It makes life so much easier. I've tried it with other daisy cutters and the petals always break off trying to get them out of the cutter.
