oh and a side note you can see the differences from the one used for the how to and the finished one, one was a stiffer icing, the stiffer icing works better to hold shape.

love to do those flowers, ill use tip 127, a bit larger and double load the bag, then spray them with pearl dust. i have them on my flamingo cakes.

I'm just wondering, is there any way to shrink those pix a bit -- they take up more than my computer screen has space for...
