Ahhh sugar is one of my favorite things to work with--Cover your ears ladies, but I might like working with sugar even more than cake lol... I was scared as ALL get out the first time I piped it (and have a few scars to show for it), but anyway, if you let the melted candy cool on a silpat till it's pliable, but you can handle it, you can shape those wings manually.
