Hi Everyone!

I have been making cakes since last year while working full time at a Staffing Agency full time. For some time now, I have been looking for another full time position simply because I am really unhappy at my job of 2 years. I send over my resume to an Human Resources Admin. Assistant position at a VERY VERY elegant hotel in my area. I was told that the position turned to a temporary position. I was bummed, but I asked if there were any other full time position. She replied saying, "The only full time position we have at the moment is for a CATERING ADMIN. ASSISTANT."

This will be soooooo huge for me! I wrote back stating that I would love to do that because catering is where my passion lies!!!
She sent my resume over, so please please please say a prayer for me!!

I am sooo nervous! I will be calling tomorrow to confirm they received my resume and just so I can speak with them better. I really want this job. This position will open so many doors for me. It's at a very very high end hotel in Miami- so high end that the President stays there when he visits Florida!!
