Is it possible I could do a frozen transfer like the BC transfers with the ready made tubes of Wilton decorating icing? I have red and black and just want to do a short name, I spose the real question is whether it freezes well enough?

Anyone in the know? icon_smile.gif

Shola... I do believe it would work. In the forum that explains how to do the FBCT it says to use that icing to outline. I have used it and it was fine. However I haven't done the whole image in it either. I CAN TELL YOU THOUGH... I used my own recipe and it was a mess. I think I had too much water or crisco or something in my recipe! SO I'll stick to the recipe that it called for. GOOD LUCK!

Thanks Davina! I'm sure if it's good for outlines it'll do for the whole deal, lets hope anyway as I've just done it! It's only small so if it doesn't work out I will just have to pipe freehand on the cake!
