OK, so I have been starting to play with MMF as decorations for my cakes, and love them, because I can make them so far in advance. However, when I look through the galleries at the BC iced cakes with fondant accents, they all look so smooth- I have had several requests for cakes with the circles and dots on them like the last two in my pics, but my fondant seems to "stick out", or doesn't look as "flush" as many of the cakes in the galleries- here is one of my examples (although I still love this cake)- any advice from the experts? I am doing a cake this weekend with these designs and would like it to look more professional. TIA

I think it may help to roll out your fondant a little thinner. Very cute cakes! icon_smile.gif
