I might have a local pastor interested in buying a graduation cake from me for his son. I'll need to show him some of my photos and provide some frosting samples since he doesn't like the grocery store bakery's frosting (otherwise he would buy a cake through them). I don't quite know what he would have in mind for the cake, but I can only assume it'll probably be something pretty basic and probably a sheet cake, my guess would be a 12x18" cake. Any suggestions on a price for a basic cake this size?

I charge $35.00 for my 12x18 cake. I know others charge more but for where I live it is about average. HTH...
