I am new to this site and I have a couple of questions? Please bear wtih me. 1) What is powdered icing sugar for the Royal Icing recipe? is it confectioners sugar?
2) How do I keep from get my sugar cookies harder quicker (no, this is not a personal problem) Ha-Ha. No seriously, i am pondering the idea of making cookies to put in a friend's store and i just want to get some suggestions, helpful hints, and/or ideas from the PROS. Thanx in advance icon_smile.gif becky215

Let me welcome you to CakeCentral icon_smile.gif We're glad to have you here ... powder sugar and confectioner's sugar is the same thing... I'm not sure on the cookies and them getting too hard part .. I'll let the cookie maker pros answer that one icon_smile.gif
