I'm looking for a yummy Filling to go good with Caramel Cake .

I've searched and searched through the recipes section and no luck so I thought on asking in the forum.

Does anyone have any good filling to go with Caramel cake ?

I would think either a caramel or a chocolate would go really well. Not sure if it would be to much caramel flavor or not... but to me it sounds good. And chocolate goes good with everything. Could also do a marshmallow creme type filling (ok now i'm hungry and I just finished breakfast.)

Would you mind sharing your caramel cake recipe with us? It sounds great.
