Anyone have a recipe for Bavarian Whipped Icing ? It is used by Borracchini"s Bakery in Seattle. It is to die for good. Melt in your mouth good.

Found this highly rated whipped icing recipe that is a cross between bavarian cream and whipped cream. Might help until you get the real recipe.
