Hey guys. I am a newbie at the poured sugar thing. I am doing a grooms cake next weekend and they are wanting a raft made from cake. I can do that part, but, I think it would look nice if i put it on some blue poured sugar made to look like water. Could anyone tell me how to do this? I would greatly appreciate it!!!! Thanks sooo much.

First you need a poured sugar recipe. Do a search there are plenty of them here.....its real simple...you may want to find a way to keep the cake supported off the sugar the moisture from the cake will melt it...

Piping gel will also work and at a much lesser degree of difficulty icon_smile.gif
