OK, my husband just walked in and started reading over my shoulder...He says "What are cake balls?" So, I tell him and now he wants some. So please post your favorite recipes so I can make him some and he will stop bugging me. I swear he's a human garbage disposal. He never stops eating! How is he not 400 lbs?!?

I've used chocolate cake with chocolate icing and chocolate almond bark. My friend made some that was strawberry cake with vanilla icing dipped in white chocolate almond bark. Another one that I want to try is chocolate cake with the coconut icing for german choc. cake dipped in choc almond bark. If you need to know how its done, let me know.

I tried dipping them in almond bark one time. It got really nasty looking and the almond bark wouldn't harden. Did I do something wrong?
