I think i've bitten off more than i can chew and the decorated cookies i planned to make are looking like a monumental task to complete at the moment. I took the dough out of the freezer and it has only partially started to soften around the edges. The middle is still hard as a rock. Is it safe to throw the dough back in the freezer at this point? I hope this works in my favor. As I already have cupcakes and cannolis to make for tommorrow.
