How do you use the chocolate molds to make sugar decorations? Can it be done?

If you are asking about the pressed sugar, you could use chocolate molds, but then they cannot be used for chocolate. the sugar will scratch the insides and ruin the chocolate shine.

press the damp sugar into the molds and let it set up. once it dries, the sugar will pop out fairly easy.

Here is a link to instructions for making sugar skulls, (it is the same process that you probably want to do but on a different scale). http://www.mexicansugarskull.com/mexicansugarskull/recipe.htm
If you go to the main website, you will see they sell the same type of mold for doing chocolate as sugar skulls. http://www.mexicansugarskull.com
