Hello. I want to ice my cake in SMBC. Then I want to take some SMBC and add some melted white chocolate chips and use this for piping...scrolls, reverse shells, etc. Can you please tell me how much melted chocolate I can add to the already made SMBC and how and when to do it? Just want to make one batch icing and do as above. With that work? Hurry please. For my DD's Communion cake next week... icon_smile.gif

Hi Pat, I usually add about 6 ozs per batch, if you are just using a small amount of SMBC for piping etc. you will probably need about 2 oz. I melt the chocolate, allow to cool & add to the SMBC, you can add more if you like. It is the last thing added to the SMBC.
