Outside?!?

I have a cake for 200 ordered with bavarian cream, Kahlua cream, and/or mousse for July OUTSIDE. An hour away.

I guess I'll have to ask the venue if they can keep it cold until rolling it just for serving, as they're having catering and the whole thing, and I don't want it sitting outside in 90 degree weather for hours.

Yeah, that's what you'll have to do -- keep it cold as long as humanly possible. icon_smile.gif
