Since cupcakes have been a hugely popular thread lately I thought it would be great to exchange our favorite cupcake recipes. Although mine changes on a regular basis this is my current favorite. Courtesy of the Quirky Cupcake it is the Ambrosia Cupcakes. The only thing I added that wasn't in the recipe is a little brown sugar and chopped pecans on top before baking. The whipped cream piped in the middle is a must!

Those cupcakes sound and look delicios. I will have to try them. Thanks for starting this post.
Check out the post already started on cupcakes!! There are over 400 posts on it!! With recipes!!
Oh man, take my favorite cake recipe and make cupcakes...life can't be any better!!! I'm definitely trying these Fruit Cocktail Cuppies!!! And I just got my piping tip delivered, woohoo!!!
That's why I started this link. That's a great thread but I thought it would be fun to do just the cupcake recipes.

I was so hopeful when I found this thread! I always check out the cupcake thread, but it would be great to just have recipes here, easier to sift through when one just wants to find a cuppie recipe! Please people, post your recipes here!!
Somehow this link and the other link on cupcakes need to be combined with just the recipes!! But I wanted to say that I totally forgot until I needed something in my sewing stuff, the last time I went to JoAnn's I bought a muffin and cupcake book for only a buck in their dollar section!!
It's called Family Favorites Muffins & Cupcakes. It has about 25 all delicious sounding recipes in it. Sometimes these books have one or two good ones, but this one has every single one of them that sound great!
I like using the WASC and Magnolia Bakery's vanilla cake recipe. I fill them with white chocolate mousse and people go nuts over them. When I do my chocolate cupcakes, I use the Magnolia Bakery's chocolate recipe and fill them with chocolate mousse with mini chocolate chips. The kids really love them.
Thanks for the post.
I use WASC with choc box mix, 1/2 cup coffee, 1 tablespoon vanilla and I use ramikins. I fill it to the brim so that I have left overs to make cake balls.
I use any icing/ganache and fill the inside of the cake.
Bake for 25 min at 350.
Not sure how this thread got started again. It posted back in April. Thanks gals for the great recipe ideas! If you want a lot more go to the cupcake thread.
