I love HEB! It's one of the reasons I love living in Texas. I have never heard of Elite icing though...is that what they put on their cakes at the grocery store? If so, then I don't like it. It reminds me of Bettercreme. If it's not, then again, I haven't heard of it.
I wonder how it is sold.
