My Van Got Lettered Today!! (W/ Pics)

I finally got it ..... my name on my van. Gosh, I think this is more exciting than my own kitchen!
Originally I only ordered decals on the back windows, but the "weddings, catering, cookies" was added at no extra charge because he said that big white space was just crying out for something to be put in it. When I tried to insist on paying him, he said, "Just bring me some cookies for my son!" I said, "Deal!"
I also ordered lettering for my shop door (FINALLY!) and since his son had a gymnastics class at the place across the street from me, he told me he'd install it for me at no extra charge!
I think he's getting cookies AND a cake!
Oh! Almost forgot! The lettering guy said while the van was sitting in the parking lot, he noticed a lady standing next to it, so he watched her to see what she was doing ..... he finally figured out that she had a notepad and was writing down my info! I told him, "Well, if she orders even a small catering, then the lettering job has paid for itself!"

He did a very nice job....I bet you get tons of biz..."cater it simple"....that's so cool...everyone likes to keep things simple.
Terrific!! I've been dinking around with that idea for my car...sounds like you're already improving business, bet it'll do the same for me!

Wow looks great!I am sure itwill generate at lot of buisness,I found my cater(wedding)by writting the number down on the side of her van.Too bad it wasn't you!

I absolutely love it! I am trying to decide what I want to get on mine. The magnetic signs are getting old and outdated. Yours makes me want to run out today and get it done!

For all 3 sides of the van plus the lettering on my front door (pic to follow later today!), with tax and everything, it was under $250. For all of those letters!
These letters are also a higher quality than the press-on letters that you might find in Staples. THese actually look painted on!
One wedding cake will pay for this job!

It looks wonderful!!!!! He did good work. Do you ever ask how if they were referred by someone or how they heard of you? Just wondering if you kept track of stuff like that.........it would be interesting.
